I had been working with Pauly over about a 10 month period to plan my and my husband’s wedding. During the planning process, Pauly expressed that his goal for the weddings he manages is for everyone to leave saying it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. In the days and weeks following our wedding, I still have people calling to tell me how much fun they had at The Old Rock House, and that it was (in fact) the best wedding they’ve been to! I attribute this in part to Pauly’s suggestions for the flow of the evening and making sure that everything was set up and transitioned seamlessly from ceremony to reception to dance party! His menu is to die for, he understands how to manage large groups and what will work and what won’t, and most importantly he understands what makes for a FUN event.
