Where are you located?

What is your camera/video/audio policy?

We allow all of the above, but please check in before the show to see if the artist requested otherwise.

Can I go outside during the show?

OF COURSE! We are not your parents, but if you are under 21 you cannot come back in! 

Can I get into the show using a credit card?

NOPE! We only accept CASH at the door! But we do have an ATM!

Can I start a tab at the bar?

Why of course you can! But please note that we do a pre-authorization of $49.99 on your card to make sure there are sufficient funds, this will disappear off of your bank account in 2 business days.

Can I buy tickets at The Old Rock House?

Yes please do! Our Box Office is only open during shows & we can only accept CASH for tickets, thanks!

*CASH is king around here in case you haven’t noticed!

What are the usual set times?

Most of our shows are Doors @ 8:00pm Show @ 9:00pm, but please check each show for changes.

Where do I park?

We have FREE parking across the street… I know, it’s exciting!

Do you rent your rooms for private events?

Why yes we do! Please contact specialevents@oldrockhouse.com for more information.

Can I smoke inside the venue?

YES, until the government changes it. But some of our artists will request Non-Smoking shows, so please check that ahead of time.

No outside food or drinks allowed in the building (it’s the law!)
