What is your camera/video/audio policy?
We allow all of the above, but please check in before the show to see if the artist requested otherwise.
Can I go outside during the show?
OF COURSE! We are not your parents, but if you are under 21 you cannot come back in!
Can I get into the show using a credit card?
Yes you can, but Cash is definitely easier & faster!
Can I start a tab at the bar?
Why of course you can! But please note that we do a pre-authorization of $19.99 on your card to make sure there are sufficient funds, this will disappear off of your bank account in about 2 business days.
Can I buy tickets at The Old Rock House?
Yes please do! Someone is generally in our office Mon-Fri 11am to 6pm, just give us a call first. Otherwise, any night we have a show, anytime after the doors open, just check the concert calendar.
What are the usual set times?
Most of our shows are Doors @ 7:00pm Show @ 8:00pm, but please check each show for changes.
Where do I park?
We have FREE parking in the lot behind our building & the lot across Hickory Street… I know, it’s exciting! Please note that this changes during outdoor events. Also, during cardinals games, the lot across Hickory Street is no longer Free to our customers, but you can still park in the lot behind the building for Free!
Do you rent your rooms for private events?

Can I smoke inside the venue?
Nope, we are smoke-free – but we do have a lovely patio for you to smoke on!
I’m going to a show at Old Rock House, but have a condition / injury / handicap that requires special consideration. What should I do?

Do you have a coat check?
No we do not – but we usually have a coat rack near the sound booth that you are welcome to use.
Other General Venue Info:
All shows are general admission, unless otherwise posted. This means mostly standing room with a limited amount of seating that is first come, first served.
No outside food or drinks allowed in the building (it’s the law!)
