Austin Brown is a country star on the rise, with 129 MILLION views on Tik Tok, 58 MILLION on You Tube and 1.8 MILLION followers. He broke into Billboard’s Top 20 with his solo single “Hers Ain’t Mine.” The tongue-incheek track garnered millions streams and captured the attention of NBC’s #1 rated show, America’s Got Talent. Austin’s audition received four “YES" votes for his soulful original “Somebody Believed,” which amassed over 4.5 Million views. The performance earned Austin an invite to join Eli Young Band on their fall tour and the opportunity to embark on his first solo US headline tour, AIN’T DONE DREAMIN’. Austin spent ten years as a tenor in Billboard Country Album Chart-topping group Home Free, singing to sold out crowds all over the world, including: The Grand Ole Opry and SIX sold out shows at the Ryman.
East credits his Dad, Phillip, for introducing him very early on into the world of music. East remembers watching his family perform in the family band while standing in a play pin on the side stage. “My family wouldn’t perform unless they could bring me and set up the play pin so I wouldn’t wonder off” East explains. Later, his Dad couldn’t help but notice the natural ability of his son’s tenor voice and he made a point to surround him with performing opportunities within the family band and was also instrumental in planting the seed for East to write his own songs. It didn’t take long before others saw the talent in young East. His voice had the ability to impact a wide range of emotions with his sultry ballads to his fun, energetic tempos.

In 2006, after his family’s move from Texas to Nashville, East lost his father to cancer and thus started his journey into songwriting. It wasn’t long before he met legendary, Grammy award winning songwriter, Harley Allen (The Baby, My Last Name, Tough Little Boys, etc). Harley was known to be very hard on songs but saw something special in East. That relationship would land East his first publishing deal with Harley Allen Music.

Every time East performs, he constantly hears the same remark, “I didn’t expect that voice to come out of that beard”. East’s signature auburn beard that hangs down to his chest does not reflect his soft tenor vocal style but he doesn’t let that bother him in the least. Although a humble guy, East does credit himself on his beard growing ability. East is quoted as saying, “ Any man that has the patience to grow a beard of this magnitude must have the patience to craft great song” and that is just what he has been doing. East has garnered cuts with artists like Dierks Bentley, Joe Diffie, Chuck Wicks, Dailey & Vincent and most recently, Rascal Flatts.

Currently signed to Peer Music Nashville, East continues to write songs for other artist projects but has put more focus in writing for himself and developing his own personal sound.
