Fresh off an acclaimed touring cycle that saw more than 130 performances across 11 countries and the widespread praise for Shepherd, Bywater Call has officially released its new studio album, Broken Souvenirs, worldwide. The 11-track collection expands the band’s musical palette while staying true to the heartfelt storytelling and electrifying musicianship that have become its signature. Coinciding with the album’s release, the band has also unveiled the official visualizer for the standout track “Way to Go,” offering fans a striking visual companion to one of the record’s defining songs [watch here]. Produced by Barnes and Patric McGroarty, Broken Souvenirs captures a band confidently embracing creative evolution. Recorded at Palace Studios in Toronto, the album seamlessly blends vintage soul, blues, contemporary R&B, roots rock and Americana, drawing inspiration from acts such as Black Pumas, Alabama Shakes, Amy Winehouse, Shakey Graves and The Black Crowes while forging a sound unmistakably its own.
